Privacy Policy

PostPilot is a Chrome extension that reads the content of a webpage when you click "Generate" and creates social media posts using AI. Content is processed in real time and is not stored.

• Email address — when you create an account (for authentication and usage tracking)
• Usage count — the number of generations you perform over a rolling 7-day window (to enforce free tier limits)
• Payment information — processed by Lemon Squeezy; we do not store credit card details

• Browsing history
• Page content you do not explicitly generate from
• Personal files or documents
• Cookies for tracking or advertising

When you click "Generate," the extension extracts the text content of the current page (title, body text, meta description). This content is sent to our API server, which forwards it to the Anthropic Claude API for processing. The content is used solely to generate social media posts and is not stored by PostPilot or Anthropic after processing.

• Supabase — authentication and usage tracking. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing. Subject to Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy
• Vercel — API hosting

Account data (email, plan status) is retained while your account is active. Usage is tracked over a rolling 7-day window — generations older than 7 days no longer count toward your free tier limit. Page content sent for generation is not retained; it is processed and discarded immediately.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within 30 days.
